SOON TO BE RELEASED -- NEW MSP DATABASE UPGRADE!!!

In an effort to continue providing improvements to MSP, Constellation Automotive Software is happy to announce the upcoming release of MSP’s new data base upgrade! This newly updated MSP database will address a few of the issues some of our customers have experienced, one such issue being the occasional record lock. Because of the MSP Database Upgrade's smart design, you will notice improved DataBase speed and efficiency.

In addition to the new version of MSP being released, a new version of Credit Reporter will also be released to ensure uninterrupted Credit Reporting.

 

 

Announcing NEW SOFTWARE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

FREE for all Constellation Customers

 

Constellation Automotive Software is excited to announce a new FREE employee certification program for our MSP and VCT customers. This free program is designed to keep your team at the top of their game. Successful graduates will be sent an official Certificate suitable for framing.

Management Systems Plus users can now receive certification at either the “Associate program level” or “Managerial program level”, VCT course users can receive an "F&I level program" certification. The program offers valuable benefits to employers and employees. These benefits include:

  1. Increased productivity from knowledgeable and trained associates and managers;

  2. Enhanced efficiency and minimized time lost through costly mistakes;

  3. Increased flexibility in situations that require changes to deals in unusual circumstances;

Coming this Spring to the constellationauto.com website, is the interactive Customer Care Center. With the Customer Care Center, you will be able to watch exclusive training videos and access User Manuals for MSP, VCT, and Credit Reporter.

Once you log onto the Customer Care Center, you will see a listing of features that you can choose from. Coming Soon there will be a Customer Ticket Portal. By clicking on this link you will have the ability to submit and track your trouble tickets with the Support Department. It's just another way to provide the best in support from the most professional staff in the business.


MSP Tips and Suggestions

 MSP Stock Numbers

 

 Are you aware that the MSP Program designates different letters to different types of accounts? Because of this, dealerships should refrain from using the letters R, P, D, C and L in their stock numbers. 

For instance, let's use the stock number 7405. When a repo is done, MSP automatically creates a new stock number of R7405. This is the case with Deposits (P7405), Deferred Downs (D7405), Cash Downs (C7405) and Assumptions (7405L). If these letters are used at the outset of buying a vehicle into MSP, various issues will arise.
