Related Finance Company Webinar, Trainings and More! Welcome to the November Edition of the Constellation Automotive Newsletter. This month we have a special two-part issue. About the Presenters:
Kenneth B. Shilson, CPA, is President of Subprime Analytics, a consulting company which provides subprime portfolio analysis services and custom credit scoring solutions (Profit Max). Mr. Shilson is formerly the managing partner and founder of Shilson, Goldberg, Cheung & Associates, LLP, a firm of Certified Public Accountants which specializes in providing audit, tax, accounting and consulting services to over 500 dealers in the used car industry. He has helped pioneer an IRS approved tax strategy for “Buy Here / Pay Here” dealers regarding the use of a related finance company. Jose R. Ramirez II, has over 16 years experience in the automotive industry. He led a sales force of 100+ employees, at 14 dealerships, with record-breaking results. He became the Collections Manager for Universal Finance, the Related Finance Company for UC-1 Cars. He then became a Senior Consultant for the DCF (Dealer Controlled Finance) Consulting Group which assisted hundreds of Dealers to maximize their profit/portfolio through extensive consulting & training sessions. He was also the Senior Sales Consultant for CarBiz USA, Inc. Currently; Jose is the Sales & Marketing Manager for Constellation Automotive Software.

Manditory CREDCO Password Change
If you are a Constellation Automotive Software customer using CREDCO to pull credit reports, your dealership was contacted by Constellation Automotive Software Customer Support within the previous 3 months to get either your MSP or VCT Software upgraded in light of a complete CREDCO Company data overhaul.
After contacting a few CREDCO Representatives, we were informed that CREDCO passwords now expire every 90 days (30 if there is no account activity). In light of this, CREDCO has been emailing your dealership's designated staff to change your dealership's CREDCO password through their website. If this step has not been taken, you will experience one of the following two errors:
In MSP: after trying to do a Credit Pull, you will get a blank report screen with the words "Modem Not Found" accross the bottom.
In VCT: you will get a "Block Object or with Variable not set" error.
If you are experiencing either of these errors, prior to calling Constellation Automotive Software Support, please refer to your CREDCO email and change your previous password. We will then assist you in making the change to your respective software.
Interactive Lease Discussion on FACEBOOK
