Friendly reminders and welcome additions Welcome to the June/July Edition of the Constellation Automotive Newsletter. We have a few reminders, product updates and support enhancements for you this month. News & AnnouncementsVCT Upgrade - Menu Selling! Many of our New Car dealers have expressed an interest in VCT being able to utilize a Menu Selling feature. You've asked and we've listened! Soon to be released customer-wide is an Upgrade to VCT that includes a newly created Menu Selling Module that will enable Dealers to quickly view and include Aftermarket Products on a graded scale (from most amount of options available to least available). Included in the soon to be released Upgrade are 10 new Gross & Net Profit reports. Customer Care Center Beginning July 16th, the ConstellationAuto.com website is becoming interactive with the addition of the Customer Care Center. With the Customer Care Center, you will be able to submit your trouble tickets via email, order printed forms, watch exclusive training videos, and access User Manuals for MSP, VCT, and Credit Reporter. Backups It's the middle of the year, and we at Constellation Automotive Software wanted to mention that now is the perfect time for you to back up your dealership's important data! When business picks up, oftentimes it is easy to overlook backing up vital information.
