VCAT comes with several standard reports. You can also customize an unlimited number of reports using the custom report generator.

The following are examples of the standard reports:

F & I Module
  • Salesperson Report – Provides information on sold customers for a specific period of time. It identifies the salesperson’s commissions also.

  • F&I Summary Report – Lists the aftermarket sales profit that were or were not made for that period of time for each individual salesperson.

  • Penetration Report – A breakdown of different types of sales, within a date range, along with aftermarket sales totals and percentages.

  • The Missouri Electronic Sales Report is a text file that is created then sent to the state on a monthly basis. It is required by the state to send this information electronically. All necessary sales information is provided to them in seconds.
Inventory Module
  • Salesmen’s Price List – Inventory list of all unsold vehicles.
