  • When greeting the prospective customer, all of their pertinent information can be placed in Traffic Management. Once the decision is made to buy the car, the prospect is sent to MAP or VCAT for processing without any double-entry
  • Filters help identify certain customers fast
  • Keep track of how your customers have heard about you to better utilize marketing budgets
  • Inventory can be viewed if using VCAT
  • Reports:
    • Model Analysis – determine which salesperson needs help with which product – basically comparing last month and current month grouped by salesperson and model of vehicle

    • Closing Report – salespersons’ results on deals that were closed whether “By Type” or “By Source”
